REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Langotalk Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") subscriptions and plans made through our website at https://www.langotalk.org and processed by Paddle as our authorised reseller. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. PURCHASES THROUGH PADDLE (WEBSITE)
Purchases made through our website (langotalk.org) are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment reseller. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to these purchases.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of your original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with Langotalk for any reason within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.
This guarantee applies to all plan types purchased through our website, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime access plans.
2. PURCHASES THROUGH APPLE APP STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY
If you purchased Langotalk through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is governed by that platform's refund policy. We are unable to process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. To request a refund for such purchases, please contact Apple or Google directly:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Visit the Google Play Help Center and navigate to "Request a refund"
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (PADDLE PURCHASES)
To request a refund for a purchase made through our website, please email us at hi@langotalk.com with the following information:
- The email address used at the time of payment
- A screenshot of the transaction (e.g. the Paddle receipt email or payment confirmation)
- A screenshot of your Langotalk profile screen from within the app
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase.
4. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
- In-app: Log in to Langotalk, go to your Profile, and tap "Manage Subscription"
- Via email: Use the "Manage subscription" link in the confirmation email you received from Paddle when you purchased
Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund automatically. To request a refund, contact us separately as described in Section 3 above.
5. FREE TRIALS
The 7-day free trial is available for the annual (yearly) plan only. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you are charged after a trial and wish to request a refund, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of your first charge.
